I can’t give enough praise to this team of medical professionals. When’s the last time you had an appointment with a doctor, and they call you up the night before to check on you and see if you had any questions or concerns before you go in for a procedure?
That’s what they do! Dr. John West not only gave me a call the night before my first visit, but then carefully checked out my tooth situation during my first visit. Once confirmed that I needed a root canal, they set my surgery for the following week.
The procedure itself was surprisingly painless. (It was my first root canal, and all I could think of was the old adage, “I’d rather have a root canal!”) I was done in about an hour, and had virtually no pain afterwards.
Of course, the day after the procedure, I got another phone call directly from Dr. West, making sure everything was ok and if I had questions/concerns. He even gives his patients his cell phone number in case they need to get ahold of him right away.
I’ve never had such attention from, and direct access to, the performing physician. Kudos to Dr. West and his friendly team to get me through this so well.
