“I can’t give enough praise to this team of medical professionals. When’s the last time you had an appointment with a doctor, and they call you up the night before to check on you and see if you had any questions or concerns before you go in for a procedure?
That’s what they do! Dr. John West not only gave me a call the night before my first visit, but then carefully checked out my tooth situation during my first visit. Once confirmed that I needed a root canal, they set my surgery for the following week.
The procedure itself was surprisingly painless. (It was my first root canal, and all I could think of was the old adage, “I’d rather have a root canal!”) I was done in about an hour, and had virtually no pain afterwards.
Of course, the day after the procedure, I got another phone call directly from Dr. West, making sure everything was ok and if I had questions/concerns. He even gives his patients his cell phone number in case they need to get ahold of him right away.
I’ve never had such attention from, and direct access to, the performing physician. Kudos to Dr. West and his friendly team to get me through this so well.”

“I was impressed to say the least when I first had my exam for a root canal. Then again when I had the root canal. My first appointment was at 645 am. Dr west himself called me the night before to remind me. Usually dr offices have their staff call to remind. The office is very nice setting and all staff are very professional. Dr west called me a few more times himself to tell me that the root canal will be easy and he was right! I’ve had root canals before and this one was the easiest and most painless one I have had. I was referred to Dr. Jordan West for my root canal by my dentist because the tooth was turned making the roots kinda funky and the tooth an exceptionally hard place to get to. In fact, after getting the root canal I went back to the dentists for a crown and it was the most painful dental experience I’ve ever had. The root canal that Dr. West did? No pain. During or after. It’s been a few weeks now, and the actual root canal went better than any filling I’ve had!
Most impressive is that Dr. West was very complimentary to the rest of the team and morale seemed high! Nothing is more nerve wracking than tension in the office before you get into the chair and you can’t help feeling more relaxed when everyone is working together well! If I ever need a root canal again I will be begging my dentist to let me go back.”

“Referred by my dentist, Dr. Jason West and Sarah did a wonderful job addressing the problems with a past root canal, answered all of my questions, during the procedure they were kind enough to let me know what was going on and asked how I was doing frequently to ensure I wasn’t uncomfortable. If you want to just tune out whats going on, you can throw on some headphones and watch stuff on the TVs they have in the drop ceiling!

Also, shout out to the anesthesiologist! That woman is a saint when it comes to the injections. Just the slightest pinch during the deep injections, otherwise felt almost nothing.

“I will admit Dentists and I are not regular happenings. Since I was 18 been to a Dentist 3 times; 21 yrs old Wisdom Teeth pried and pulled out…dry socket in 2 out 4. One time to replace filling that I popped out while flossing, and today for a root canal. Went to see a regular dentist in am but he wanted to refer me to Dr. Jordan West.

“Not a fan of dental procedures of any kind. I avoid dentists at all costs. So, when the time came to get a previous root canal reworked, I was lucky enough to get referred to Dr. Jordan West. The team put me at ease immediately and, quite honestly, it was not at all a “bad” experience. Quite the contrary. I found myself amazingly relaxed as they were finishing ripping out the innards and cleaning out the infection (safe to say they work well with anxious patients). I’ll be going back in a couple months to finish up with this tooth. Without a doubt, they are my go-to for future problems, as well.”

“I called earlier this week with a sore tooth after two dentists told me this was the best place to go for a root canal. Within an hour and a half I was in the chair and within a few hours, I was out of the office and completely taken care of! “I had one tooth worked on around ten yrs ago by DR John West ( the father). He has his two boys also in the practice. So it’s a family deal.. Love it! Dr John did a great job then and I had absolutely no pain after. Done deal. Now years later after gettin a crown replaced by my dentist he stirred up a hornets nest in my old work. Wierd huh? So here I am again, guess there was a root that branched off ( felt like I to my brain..). Dr John had to do a 3 D image to finally find my infected area. But he is diligent and the staff runs like a well oiled machine here!!!!! Not kidding around. He juggles many patients with ease. Man I love this place for delicate work. Since I had such a big hole he drilled it had to be drained for two days… So water chewing with salt water every hour and Penicillin to boot. He called me last nite around 9 pm to check on me. Really????!!!!! I was amazed and am in today for a small bite adj cause it’s sore. I am getting squeezed in so I’m waiting.”

“After an extremely unfortunate experience with a different dentist that left me in agonizing pain for two months, I was referred to Doctor Jason West. He literally saved my life! I was in so much pain that there were nights where I would wake up wanting to either pull my own tooth out or kill myself. There are 3 Doctor Wests here, I had the pleasure of meeting two out of the three and they were both kind and professional. Doctor Jason West made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire root canal procedure. After the procedure, their billing department was also soooo patient and kind with me as I waited for my insurance benefits to get refunded. There was never once where they made me feel like I was being rushed to pay in full right away.
The only negative was that I had some injections done the first day and the hygienist (K), though extremely nice and gentle, somehow made my face swell up right away, painful, and bruised for a week. I have had multiple injections done before and this has never happened. I also saw Olga, not friendly at all and seemed like she hated being there. Overall, I paid $1800 for the root canal and I would’ve paid double that much if they had told me to. Most of the staff are wonderful and the office is clean and beautiful. Thank you Doctor Jason West for your professionalism, kindness, and being so darn good at your job!”
